fb_img_14744749770797148How long does one need to work before taking a break? How long does it take before the attention span is down to exactly 30 seconds and one needs to re-calibrate? I wonder if the length of time is the same for every person or not. I want to believe that the differences vary just as humans vary. We are coming to the end of February 2017 and for some reason so much has been happening that I feel like I need sometime away to re-calibrate. I know that I am definitely not tired-not by a long shot. I am passionate about what I do so that is not it. But sometimes I need some distance from my daily routine so that I can be able to look at things with a fresh eye.

The outdoors is the perfect place for me to do this. Add amazing community of people and I have a perfect receipt to rest, recharge and re-calibrate.

We are heading to Mt. Kenya and I shall be back in a couple of days with hopefully a refreshed way of doing things.

Do something that refreshes you every so often. Your mind, body and the people in your life will thank you for it!

If you are wondering how to get into the outdoor circuit, look no further, drop us an email at info@mountainslayers.com and we will be happy to help you out!
